My client was charged with battery. I investigated the case and found evidence that the alleged victim had a motive to exaggerate her story about my client. I presented the evidence to the DA, and pointed out other problems with their case (lack of evidence and excessive force used by police.) After many conversations, the District Attorney decided to dismiss the case.
