I moved to suppress evidence discovered during a search of my client’s purse. Before the judge could hear the motion, the DA dismissed my client’s drug charge and the case resolved as a traffic infraction.
About Camille Halley
Camille Halley , a graduate of the U.C. Davis School of Law, joined the Cohen Defense Group in fall 2022. During law school, Camille interned for the California Appellate Project and Habeas Corpus Resource Center, helping to represent death-sentenced individuals. In 2022, she was awarded the CLEA Award for Outstanding Clinic Student for her representation of clients with claims against prison and jail officials in the U.C. Davis Civil Rights Clinic. Extensively trained in the science and law of driving under the influence cases, Camille is an invaluable member of our DUI and misdemeanor teams.
