Drug Case Dismissed

My client was arrested for drug possession in 2017, but moved to Montana before the case resolved. I filed a motion informing the Court and District Attorney of all the positive steps my client had taken since moving to Montana. The District Attorney agreed to dismiss the case and my client did not have to return to California.
