Case Dismissed at First Appearance

My client was charged with four counts of shoplifting. I worked with my client to have them complete a theft awareness class before the first court date and provided proof of class completion to the District Attorney. Because my client was proactive and completed the class, the District Attorney dismissed all counts at the first court appearance. All arrest records were sealed.
