My client was charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license. I worked with my client to secure DMV waivers in California because my client relocated to Tennessee. My client obtained a Tennessee driver’s license and we provided proof of that to the District Attorney. The District Attorney dismissed the case and my client’s arrest records were sealed.
