My client was charged with discharging a firearm with gross negligence. Alcohol was involved. I worked with my client to collect positive information about them, including proof that my client had attended AA meetings regularly for six months. I provided the positive information to the District Attorney and they agreed to dismiss the charges. All arrest records were sealed.
