Police searched my client’s home and found drugs after claiming to have tracked a known felon there using GPS. After consulting with digital forensic experts, I told the judge that the prosecution had not turned over important GPS records. The judge issued an order for the DA to turn those records over to the defense. The DA dismissed the case.
