Drug Case Dismissed

My client was a nurse, charged with lying to a police officer during a traffic stop and possessing drug paraphernalia. Conviction on either charge would have cost her her nursing license. I filed multiple pre-trial motions challenging the legality of the police officers’ actions and the DA dismissed all charges.
